This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of truck and heavy plant for road construction and maintenance projects and for providing a high standard of operational and maintenance labouring skills throughout the Tablelands Region. This position requires vast maintenance grading experience including but not limited to; heavy, medium and light formation grading, as well as, drainage clearing and reinstatement. The terrain traversed for program delivery is hilly and steep therefore the operator requires confidence and knowledge of the machine.
