The Shire of Mt Marshall is seeking a competent and enthusiastic Construction Grader Operator and Maintenance Grader Operator to carry out road maintenance and construction works as required, drainage and other ancillary works. The opportunity to perform in a Leading Hand role for the right candidate is available. The Shire is located 270 kilometres north east of Perth in the Central Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The successful applicant will be committed to a team approach, be capable of working with minimal supervision and possess a minimum 6 months high standard final trim experience. A HR class driver’s licence is essential (HC class desirable). Remuneration for the position is in accordance with Level 3 of the Local Government Industry Award 2020, negotiable depending on experience.
