About the role
Seeking an experienced and detail orientated Corporate Information Management Officer to provide accurate records and information services across Council such as:
Providing support and direction within the Corporate Management team to ensure that best practice is followed in compliance with required policies and procedures.
Delivering a high preforming information management system to meet legislative requirements of capture, use, maintenance, archiving and disposal of secure and sensitive Council documents.
Contributing to Councils information management obligations under the Local government Act 2020 by completing required tasks within strict timeframes.
Supporting all departments in managing sensitive data and documents.
This role is a Permanent Full-Time position and is classified at Band 5 commencing rate $62, 834.20 per annum plus 9.5% super.

We have an exciting opportunity to join Council in this unique and new role to develop, promote and support a positive ageing program for older people within the Hepburn Shire community. Develop specific activities, source funding and work with community groups to increase capacity and participation in programs and activities. Actively participate in the development and implementation of positive ageing strategies, policies and procedures across Council and the shire.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is classified at Band 6 commencing salary $76,834.68 per annum, plus 9.5% superannuation.
