Whilst the substantive elements of this role support the Community Services Department, there is opportunity to expand your influence and develop your skills across all council administrative functions. Therefore, a team-based approach will be critical to your success in this role, along with a mindset that fosters continuous improvement and the confidence to deal with a constantly evolving environment.
