The Opportunity
The Technical Assistant for Electrical Trades is responsible for providing class servicing, storing, and monitoring of supplies and maintaining equipment to support teaching staff with the effective and efficient delivery of educational programs.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, this position:

  • Liaises with teaching staff to establish class requirements
  • Sets up equipment and materials for classes
  • Maintains stores, equipment and storeroom
  • Assists in the ordering and purchasing of equipment and consumables
  • Organises, monitors and controls stocks of texts, cd’s, videos and software library
  • Supports and oversees open access recording by students to meet learning outcomes
