The District Relief Teacher plays a critical role in providing daily and short-term relief across a number of nominated schools. This position is based predominantly at St George State High School however some service to surrounding cluster schools may be required. What is a DRT? A DRT is employed by a school (Base School) and you are available to work across nominated schools within a region (Host Schools) to cover unexpected short term absences.
The DRT is a flexible position that can change day to day to meet the needs of the individual schools.
St George State High School caters to more than 200 students from Years 7 to 12 and aims to provide high-quality education which makes a positive difference to the lives of all its students.
