Job Description

Isabella State School invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced primary teachers with the skills and experience to teach music in the classroom environment. This is a temporary, part-time position for semester two, 2021. Our preferred applicant will have experience working in a similar role, however, we will consider applicants with an Arts background.

Applications are invited for this temporary part time (0.8) position commencing in July for the remainder of the 2021 school year. The successful applicant will have the skills and experience to teach Primary school children the subject of classroom music at Isabella State School. Our preferred applicant will have experience working in a similar role, however, we will consider applicants with an Arts background.

A note for permanent state school teachers: you must seek the approval of your supervising principal prior to applying for this position as they will need to authorise release if you are the successful applicant.

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
