Role Type: Full Time Ongoing

Remuneration: $ 109,578 - $ 116,158 + Superannuation (dependent on experience and qualification)

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our Foundation & Pathways team based at Broadmeadows. The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training and conduct competency based assessment in the specified program(s) in a range of settings including the classroom, workplace and online environments.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate post-secondary qualifications, relevant experience with a Post Graduate TESOL qualification (or equivalent) Practicum included
  • EAL experience with a variety of learners
  • Demonstrated high standard of teaching practice
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) Assessment Notice and/or WWC card
  • Police Check
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
  • TAE50116: Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or equivalent
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411) (TAELLN401A). A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.
