Coordinator - Clinical Care

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and suitably qualified health care professional for a full-time three-year contract as a Coordinator Clinical Care at Tuia Lodge Aged Care Facility.

In this role you will be responsible for the leadership and provision of a high standard of clinical care to meet the residents psychological, physiological and socio-economic needs. You will be responsible for the coordination of all clinical services within Tuia Lodge to ensure the optimal standards of care for all our residents.

The role is 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a rostered day off each month. It is expected that the candidate will participate in the on-call roster.

To be considered for this role you MUST be able to practically demonstrate the following:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong work ethic and self-management skills.
• A commitment to the needs of older adult healthcare and the ability to adapt to unexpected changes.
• A high level of knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Aged Care Funding Instrument.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage others.
