The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is embarking on a transformational journey towards an accountable and high-performing organisation. The HR Professional is a crucial position that provides solutions-focused HR transactional services and specialist advice in the Industrial and Employee Relations sector. You will advise, support, and coach the organisation whilst maintaining all legislation and industrial agreement requirements.
