The Role

The Town are looking for Casual Umpires to officiate sporting events, games and competitions fairly and safely, in line with industry best practice and the Town of Port Hedland’s Code of Conduct. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate and experienced in the following social sports: netball, volley ball, futsal and basketball.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the rules and bylaws of your preferred Social Sport
  • National Police Clearance
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Umpiring qualification is desirable
