The school opened for enrolments in F – 6 year levels in Term 1, 2021. The school has a current enrolment of 560, which will increase significantly to approximately 680 in 2022, with continued growth expected over the next 4 – 5 years.

There is a Children and Community Hub adjacent to the school which houses Kindergarten, Maternal and Child Health and community facilities. Together Aintree Primary School and the Hub can help local children make a smooth transition from pre-school and reduce the number of drop-offs for some parents with kinder and school-aged children.
Teaching spaces in the Aintree Primary School allow for full implementation of a professional learning community approach.
Integrated planning and delivery, reflecting on the impact of teaching practice, professional interaction and activation of student voice using evidence-based, high impact teaching strategies are all central to the educational vision.
Learning Communities are designed around modifiable spaces that accommodate multiple learning approaches and can flexibly respond to the requirements of students and teachers, creating a sense of shared ownership, inclusion and everyday learning.
At Aintree Primary School we will ensure that our students are at the centre of everything that we do. We will create a learning community that values diversity, inclusion and high expectations for all students which results in excellence for everyone.
