About the Position
The Community Venues and Services branch is within the Lifestyle & Community Directorate. The branch is responsible for managing over $100million worth of contracts and has a number of high profile and high risk contracts for Tourist Parks, South Stradbroke Island, Aquatic Centres, Major Sporting Venues and Cemeteries. This role will be responsible for developing fit-for-purpose contracts that are planned and procured, with suitably developed contract management plans commensurate with the scale and risks associated with the contracts.

Essential: Do you have a Bachelor Degree of Business (Procurement & Contract Management) or a Bachelor Degree of Contract Management, OR do you have the equivalent knowledge and experience in a similar role? Please provide details.
Essential: Please outline your experience in providing pre-contract planning advice, contract evaluations or reviews, contract mobilisation, managing contract delivery through contract and commercial management; contract performance management and reporting, risk monitoring, auditing and compliance support.
Essential: Please describe how you have developed and implemented a strategic contract management initiative to deliver an improved service, commercial outcome or other benefit.
Essential: Please provide details of your ability to manage work productively in a team environment, where competing internal stakeholder demands need to be effectively managed in a busy and sometimes reactive environment.
