Coodanup College is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, innovative and effective leader to join their Leadership team in 2022.
We are looking for an individual who can collaborate with the Principal and Leadership team to provide the best educational outcomes for our students and support the development of key areas of priority within the college’ business plan.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have high emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills and be culturally responsive.
As a strategic leader at the college you will be responsible for the timetable and human resource management.
Other responsibilities include; Occupational Health and Safety, Attendance, Relief and First Aid/Medical Health.
The ability to plan and deliver outcome driven interventions for tiers of students that result in high levels of success is desirable, as you will also have pastoral care responsibilities for two year groups.
Initiative and the flexibility to work across a range of portfolios as they arise, are also desirable.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur throughout our school for up to 12 months following this initial appointment.
This includes circumstances where this position becomes subsequently vacant should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position.
