Hume City Council is seeking a highly-motivated, innovative and dynamic corporate reporting professional to join our Organisational Performance and Engagement team.
As the Coordinator Council Planning and Performance Reporting, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to develop the four-year Council Plan, and support the redevelopment of the Community Vision and community plan.
You will lead the development of non-financial performance reports including quarterly Council Plan Progress Reports and the Local Government Performance Reporting Framework.
With a strong attention to detail, you will be skilled in presenting complex information from multiple sources into concise and cohesive performance reports. These reports will deliver an objective and transparent narrative on Council's performance in meeting our strategic objectives.
With a proactive leadership style, you'll be adept and willing to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, often balancing competing needs and timeframes with new ways of thinking and a passion for improving Council service delivery.
