Responsible for the provision of workplace analytics and the maintenance of human resource procedures and processes.
This role will assist and support HR planning by providing workforce data that enables an evidence based approach to our decision-making. Key responsibilities will include coordinating workforce surveys, administering the on boarding and off boarding of employees and maintaining induction, training and development materials.
As an integral member of the P&C team, you will be our data guru, a proactive and process driven individual who can maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
