Here at the Goldfields Oasis, we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality and progressive Learn to Swim program for our swim school members. We are seeking multiple part time Swim School Instructors who are reliable, passionate, engaging and highly motivated to join our dynamic team. To thrive in this role, you will have an outgoing personality, positive attitude, versatility and a willingness to learn to instruct.

Key responsibilities of the role:

1. Ensure 100% student attendance is captured using Envibe software;
2. Ensure that 100% skills and achievements are updated to reflect student progress;
3. Maintain an attendance rate of 80% for Oasis meetings and internal training;
4. Ensure 100% customer complaints or concerns are directed to the Swim School Team Leader within 15mins of shift;

Total Package
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
