About the Opportunity
Lithgow City Council are currently looking for a part-time Senior Finance Officer - Revenue to join their Finance Team for 28 hours per week. Reporting to the Rates & Revenue Manager, the Senior Finance Officer - Revenue is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of the Water/Sewer billing function and for contributing to the efficient and effective process of general rating, levying, collection and recording of all associated records.
The specific duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
The successful applicant will have experience in computerised billing systems and excellent customer service and customer focus skills, as well as a Tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent. Ideally, the incumbent would hold NSW Revenue Professionals qualifications, however this is not essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Lithgow City Council is offering a weekly pay rate between $931.52- $1053.72 based on 28 hours per week. A higher salary may be negotiated for an exceptional candidate based on demonstrated qualifications, skills and experience.
