Northern Beaches SHS is a short drive from the heart of Mackay in Central Queensland on the Australian sub-tropical east coast. The Mackay region stretches from secluded islands off the coast through golden sand beaches and into lush sub-tropical rainforests. It is a 2 hour drive south of Airlie Beach the gateway to the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

  • Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
