Temporary full-time appointment for a period up to 1 January 2023

Location: Denison College of Secondary Education Bathurst.

About the role

The College Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the college. The College Administrative Support Officer is the College point of contact for primary school Assistant Principal’s, School Administration Managers and Principals on a range of events and programs.

Key accountabilities

  • College point of contact for primary schools – Assistant Principal’s, School Administration Managers and Principals on a range of events and programs
  • Scheduling, organisation, and coordination of transition events
  • Management of enrolment system and processes
  • Management of college communication platforms and initiatives
  • Timetabling and curriculum administration across Campus
  • Producing and maintaining college documents
  • General administrative support for College Principal and College Head Teachers.

Key challenges

  • Delivering multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones, and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within a school environment
