ABOUT THE ROLE

The Workforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue by utilising data, insights, trends, and operational knowledge to provide high quality scheduling, rostering, reporting and modelling of current and future resource allocation in maximising the effective and efficient use of the workforce against key performance metrics.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.

You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively source data and provide recommendations on the most effective approach to allocating resources in both planned and unplanned circumstances
  3. Demonstrated ability to understand enterprise agreements, workforce policies and capacity requirements to effectively support the scheduling and rostering of large operational teams
  4. Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse and provide insights on key performance data that supports continuous improvement
  5. Willingness and ability to travel to nearby learning locations if required, as per conditions contained within the employee’s Enterprise Agreement
  6. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the position description
