As the Coordinator Aged and Disability Services - Community, you will be responsible for coordinating aged, disability and school nutrition services across assigned Council locations, ensuring service continuity, continuous improvement and legislative compliance.
Who are we looking for?
Our successful candidate will ideally hold Diploma level qualification in Aged Care or Community Services or willingness to obtain Cert IV Training and Assessment and, understanding of aged and disability client needs.
