The System Administrator is responsible for the support, administration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform at TAFE NSW. As a member of our Service Management Platform team, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.

You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable working with technical stakeholders and customers at various levels of the organisation.
You are experienced in the ServiceNow platform and will apply your platform-specific expertise to various contexts including incidents, defects, problems and service requests. Preferably you are a certified ServiceNow Administrator.
You’re familiar working in an agile team and applying agile and itil ways of working to your daily activities.
