An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual to provide business support across the City Services Team to improve customer service outcomes and assist in efficient delivery of Councils maintenance services.
The role will provide high level administrative and technical support including maintenance of key databases and platforms for the department; assisting with communications prepared by the unit; website management to provide high quality information to the community; and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders including residents, community groups other council and government departments.
The role will also include some physical work including litter collection, assisting with deliveries (forklift operation) and ensuring the centre itself is appropriately maintained. Working within Council’s City Services team you will play a key role in delivering optimal outcomes for the community of Hobson's Bay.
