An exciting opportunity exists to join the Hobsons Bay City Council Capital Works team as an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver building and open space infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of assigned capital works projects from the planning, through design and construction management to operational phase.

The role requires you to oversee the preparation of documentation; permits and approvals; construction and contract administration for complex, multiple and concurrent building, open space and, foreshore projects. This will include the delivery of sports pavilions, early years facilities, community infrastructure, parks and reserves as well as our foreshore assets.

The successful applicant will hold a tertiary qualification in one of the following related disciplines: project management, architecture, civil engineering or construction with significant years of relevant experience.
