The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from inclusive aged care, childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. About your new role…
As a member of The City of Port Philip’s Independent Living Team you WILL make a difference.
You will lead a team of dedicated workers to deliver in-home and community services to aged and other residents of Port Phillip, with a focus on supporting independence and well-being. This role operates under State and National Standards and Guidelines for service delivery.
Your contribution will ensure older adults and people who need assistance to live independently are able to maintain their independence at home and in the community.
Your enthusiasm, passion and commitment to providing high quality client-focussed in-home support will help clients feel respected and encouraged to make choices about their services.
