The Customer Service Officer is a varied role to support the delivery of customer service including postal, licensing, library, facility hire, reception and tourism services. Suitable candidates are people who are welcoming, are able to listen to and find solutions for our customer and enjoy variety in your work.
A permanent full time position and casual position are available with full training provided.

The Shire of Halls Creek is one of the four local government areas in the Kimberley Region of northern Western Australia, covering an area of 143,030 square kilometres (55,224 sq mi), most of which is sparsely populated. The Shire's seat of government is the town of Halls Creek. Many Aboriginal communities are located within the shire.
