The Department for Education is looking for a highly motivated Principal who is passionate about making a difference in indigenous education to work across our Anangu Partnership.
Indulkana is an Anangu community on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands in the north west of South Australia.
A passionate and effective Principal is critical to support the school ethos and culture, through a commitment to the development of achievement of system priorities.
The principal will collaborate within and across sites, the community and with other agencies to enhance innovation and improved outcomes for young people, their families and the community.
An attraction and retention allowance may apply to this position.
In addition to the salary, the following financial incentives apply:

To ensure employer compliance of duty of care responsibilities given the unique environment of the APY Lands, a wellness check will be conducted for any leader nominated for this position and prior to any offer of employment.
Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter the APY Lands, as per the local Aboriginal Community Council (APY - Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Executive Board)
