Community Capacity Building Secretary

We are currently looking for a self-motivate team player to join the Community Capacity Building team.  As our (job share) Secretary you will  provide efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support to both the Manager Community Capacity Building and the team.  

You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, possessing sound written and verbal communication skills. Your administration skills are well developed and you have a strong working knowledge of a variety of computer packages including the Microsoft Officer suite.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria in your online application:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of public relations and customer service skills
• Sound experience in the preparation of correspondence, agendas and minutes for Committee meetings
• Ability to prioritise work, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Considerable experience in a secretarial or administrative position, preferably in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong working knowledge of a variety of other computer packages and systems 

We are offering a gross salary of $67,493 per annum, pro rata, and:

• 11% superannuation with the option to co-contribute
