About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and enthusiastic Fire Safety Officer to join the Compliance team at Woollahra Council on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, you will act as Council’s expert officer with regard to National Construction Code (NCC)/Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the associated Australian Standards and responsible for Council’s Fire Safety Program.
Your duties will include the investigation of non-compliance allegations, risk auditing and the management and review of Council's Annual Fire Safety Register and measures.
