The Opportunity
TAFE NSW is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent technology and customer service skills to join our team as a Connected Support Officer. We have a Permanent Part Time (21 hours per week) opportunity available at the Batemans Bay Connected Learning Centre (CLC).
The CLC is a state-of-the-art facility that gives the local community access to digital technologies, face to face learning and a broad network of virtual courses.
About You
Working in a supportive environment, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of virtual and face to face teaching and learning within TAFE NSW Connected Learning Centres (CLC).
Applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude will be key to supporting our students and the effective operation of the CLC. With excellent time management and problem solving skills, you can manage daily competing priorities.
