About the Role
Reporting directly to the Talent, Capability and Employee Experience (TCEE) Manager, you will lead and implement the organisational strategies that positively transform and enrich our organisational culture in the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) space. Working closely with key stakeholders internally and externally, a key focus of the role will be to provide expert advice to the organisation on the integration of employee D&I dimensions into policies, plans, strategies and programs.
