The People and Capability Department have a permanent full time opportunity for a suitably experienced Coordinator Human Resources Services to lead a small team of human resources professionals. Reporting to the Manager People and Capability, this position will provide high quality human resource management and employee relations advice and services to Managers and employees throughout the organisation.

This position requires the incumbent to have highly developed interpersonal skills including consultation, conflict resolution and conciliation skills to assist in the resolution of complex people issues. We are also looking for a collaborative and service oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
