The Opportunity

The Education Administration Support role is responsible for supporting a Head Teacher and their delivery team with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking experienced and qualified candidates who share the TAFE NSW Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First values, and are willing to help further our ongoing commitment to building an innovative culture.

We will be creating an Eligibility list that will be used to fill other temporary opportunities.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will be customer-focused with demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
  • The ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
