Then the opportunity to take on the full time role of Revenue Accountant at Bogan Shire Council is what you’re looking for.
This unique and specialised position includes accounting and administration covering Rates, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. You’ll be responsible for administering Council’s property, rating, water, sewerage, waste and other billing functions and ensuring all revenue due to Council is appropriately accounted for and recovered.
Relevant training opportunities in Local Government Rating and Revenue will be provided to the successful applicant, but you must have either relevant tertiary qualifications or training and skills in accounting and a minimum of 3 year’s practical experience.
