About the role
The Senior Systems Administrator - Apple Solutions, provides technical and subject matter expertise in the effective development, implementation and modern operational requirements for the Departments Apple landscape.
This includes problem management, technical installation, integration and maintenance of the environment, utilising tools such as Jamf Pro and industry recognised Modern Device Management cloud solutions to ensure stability and scalability within the service.

Explain the technical analysis behind the solution, your approach to ensure the business needs were met, challenges you overcame and how you managed your deliverables to achieve a quality outcome. (400 words)
Targeted Question 2
Provide an example of a time where you collaborated with either an internal or external stakeholder/vendor, to either remediate or develop a creative solution to a technical issue.
Explain how you built relationships and overcame barriers, facilitated the engagement and met the needs of the customer by delivering a positive outcome. (400 Words)
Note: the selection process will include a range of assessment techniques to assist in determining your suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment screening for this role which includes a National Criminal History Check.
