Administration Officer, School Focused Youth Services

Fixed Term Part Time - 22.8 hours per week - to 29 December 2023

Band 4 – $65,132 to $69,956 pro rata (+ 10% super)

School Focused Youth Services (SFYS) is a program funded by the Victorian Department of Education & Training (DET), targeting interventions for students at risk of disengagement.

The Administration Officer – SFYS sit s within the Hobsons Bay Youth Services team and contributes to building resilience in young people through working with schools across Hobsons Bay and Wyndham.

The Administration Officer - SFYS is responsible for providing high quality administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency and participation outcomes of the School Focused Youth Services team.

This includes maintaining database, invoicing, completion of regular report s and liaising with stakeholders.

You are:

• able to support a team to deliver outcomes and meet contract requirements through strong administrative skills
• able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and you are known for your organisation skills
• strong in written and verbal correspondence, including the ability to manage reports and data

You can:

• manage your own workload, while contributing to the broader team success
• show initiative to improve administrative processes, systems and structures
• provide a high level of customer service to a broad range of stakeholders and deliver clear and accurate communications

This position is based at the Newport Community Hub and may require travel to schools and other locations across Hobsons Bay and Wyndham on occasion.
