Our ideal candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service team is the ‘front door’ to the organisation and plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer has a great experience in their dealings with the Council.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in a diverse administration role
  • The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure sound interaction with stakeholders.

You skills will include  

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Drivers licence
  • An energetic and engaging personality
