We have automated complex scalable solutions, implemented creative hybrid cloud outcomes and manage hundreds of thousands of Windows and Apple devices across NSW Public Schools.

About the role

The Systems Administrator - Apple Solutions, is part of a dynamic team responsible for the effective implementation and operation of the Department’s Apple desktop environment.

It is heavily involved in all aspects of the Apple landscape, utilising Modern Device management tools such as Jamf Pro and industry recognised cloud solutions, to ensure stability and scalability for NSW Public Schools.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Industry certification in relevant technologies or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in modern Apple desktop and device management technologies and associated applications
  • Proven experience in solution delivery, product lifecycle and customer service.
  • Key knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Provide an example where you have successfully collaborated with a stakeholder/vendor, to remediate or develop a solution to a technical issue. Explain your approach in building strong relationships and promote a positive culture, how you share the technical knowledge within the team and took the responsibility in delivering quality customer service.
