The Role:
TAFE NSW has an opportunity to join the Community Services team as an Education Administrative Support Officer. Bring your administrative experience and passion for customer service to this varied role on a permanent full-time basis.
About the opportunity:
Supporting a team of teachers in Aboriginal Cultural Arts – Create Design and Ideation you will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver a high level of customer service whilst managing conflicting deadlines and problem solving.
You will play a vital role in developing collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
As an integral liaison between teachers and students you will be supporting student enrolments and withdrawals within the teaching section.
You will also apply your extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite to support with day-to-day activities such as general administration, reporting, taking meeting minutes, booking meetings and responding to emails.
