ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer to play a key role in TAFE NSW’s Systems Group Security team. Joining a small but specialised team of Security Engineers and Security Analysts, this role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Systems Group security environment across TAFE NSW.
In this role you will:
This role will require availability and participation in on-call rosters to support Cyber Security Operations team and manage highly complex or high priority incidents.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for Security Engineers with robust cloud security knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a large scale complex organisation.
As a highly skilled security engineer, you have demonstrated significant experience monitoring, analysing and addressing technology systems, security threats and incidents and implementing protective controls.
You will utilise your expertise in Cloud infrastructure, security architectures, and standards to respond to security risks (potentially never seen within the TAFE NSW environment) and enact innovative resolutions.
