Reporting to the Manager Development and Compliance, the Coordinator Development Assessment will lead and manage the development assessment and compliance team to deliver a streamlined, transparent, timely and accurate development assessment and compliance services.
To be successful in this position, you should possess tertiary qualifications in urban and regional planning; demonstrated experience in development assessment and complex development matters; sound knowledge and understanding of the planning system; and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
It is a requirement of this position to be a current member of the Planning Institute of Australia, or meet the criteria for membership.
