The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the TAFE Digital campus as an Education Administration Support who is responsible for supporting Head Teachers and their delivery team with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning on a day-to-day basis.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, this position

  • Provides efficient and effective administrative support services
  • Supports the Head Teacher and teachers to maintain the accuracy of educational data within corporate systems
  • Collaborates with corporate services to support the Skills Team with day-to-day teaching and learning operations
  • Supports the Head Teacher to ensure day to day operational activities meet the
  • Skills Team plans, expectations and deadline

Have a passion for the prioritising workload and managing competing demands
Have previous experience in administrative support services, ideally in education
Have the ability to work flexibly and maintain a collaborative approach with team members and stakeholders

Essential criteria

  • Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
  • Experience supporting an online teaching team in the vocational education sector (desired, not essential)
