Level 5 - $104,260.82 (inclusive of $19,254.98 Port Hedland Allowance)

The Role

Reporting to the Senior IT Officer, this roles primary responsibility is to provide a highly professional first point of contact for IT support services to all employees and Elected Members at the Town. This roles provides specialist technical advice and direction with regard to hardware, peripherals and software.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capitals works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Significant industry experience in a similar role.
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
