Level 2 - $80,432.28 (incl $18,831.28 Port Hedland Allowance)

The Role

We have an exiting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Officer  to join our Town on a permanent part time basis. This role is responsible for providing a efficient customer service to all internal and external customers, and to provide a friendly and supportive front of house for the Town.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Experience in a customer service role and dealing with difficult customers
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers’ licence
  • Rights to work in Australia
