Job Description

The City of Albany’s Property and Leasing Team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to take up the role of Property Officer.

Reporting to the Team Leader Property, Leasing and Customer Service, this role will see you responsible for:

  • Supporting the Property and Leasing Team;
  • Assisting with administering the Council’s Property Leasing portfolio;
  • Negotiating with prospective and existing tenants to occupy City of Albany property;
  • Undertaking property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms;
  • Developing lease agreements; and
  • Maintaining a Strategic lease register for all leased properties.
