The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Rates and Revenue to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position so you have the opportunity to make it your own.

The Supervisor Rates and Revenue will be responsible for:

  • Providing supervision on rates assessments, maintaining accurate records and reconciling the rates register in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and other relevant legislation.
  • Providing leadership to ensure rates and revenue standards are maintained in conjunction with other financial services.
  • Overseeing the accurate and efficient recovery of monies payable to the Town.

We are looking for someone that can provide a high standard of leadership building trust, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity, inspiring individuals to reach their potential and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Local Government rating and property database management.
