Are you passionate about customer service and want to showcase your exceptional communication skills? The City of Victor Harbor is currently seeking applications for two part-time positions, one permanent and one fixed-term (maternity leave backfill), within its Customer Service team.
Working as part of a knowledgeable, professional and proactive team, our Customer Liaison positions play an integral role as the first point of contact for the Civic Centre.
The primary functions are to respond to customer enquiries both face to face and through Council’s telephone switchboard, delivery of quality customer service, welcoming and greeting visitors and customers and providing efficient administration and financial services.
We are looking for applicants who are passionate about customer service and possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
