Selection Criteria
KSC1 Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with parents, teachers and students in a busy school environment.

Role
Support financial and budgetary processes by ensuring the availability of system generated financial reports,
appropriate recording of payments and receipts via all methods (cash, eftpos, direct debit, Bpay, CSEF and compass)
Maintain and operate the CASES21 Accounts Receivable Package including all invoicing and accounts receivable, camps/excursions reconciliations, refunds/credits, ensuring that all information is recorded in a timely manner.
Liase with Performing Arts Manager and Sports Precinct Manager to invoice external hirers and follow up payment of invoices, Undertake banking duties
Co-ordinate the processing of the Camp, Sport & Excursion Fund
Assist with reception duties, including attending to visitors to the school, and ensuring messages etc are delivered to the appropriate person in an efficient and timely manner whilst keeping abreast of current and up-to-date College information, policies and procedures
Assist with the maintenance of all aspects of the CASES21 Finance package, which will include the timely updating of all student records and enrolments
Assist with administration, data entry, word processing, and telephone enquiries
Assist with First Aid duties and administer medication to students as required
Assist in the identification of own training needs and attend Professional Development
Administer parent payment arrangements on compass, including follow up of rejected payments.
Handle parent fee-related enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Administer Course Confirmation Module in Compass for Rowville Sports Academy, Rowville Institute of the Arts, Maths Science Academy, and General Excellence.
Obtain cooperation amongst staff within the work area and supervise the performance of tasks Ensure confidentiality of parent information, records and private situations is maintained Other duties as requested by the Business Managers and / or Principal
