On the school grounds students have access to tennis courts, a gymnasium, swimming pool, 10 hectares of sporting ovals, after-hours library and resource centre, as well as a host of individual and team activities at school and in the local community.

The school has outstanding agricultural facilities and is a leader in agricultural education. Programs include show stock teams in sheep, beef cattle, equine and poultry who travel extensively and provide additional opportunities for students to excel if this is their area of interest.

The school has a diverse range of staff with varying experience and expertise who support both the day and residential component of the school.

The Strategic Plan identifies a focus on improving literacy and numeracy skills, HSC achievement, student wellbeing, excellence in Agriculture and enhancing community partnerships.
